What distinguishes that book from other true-crime tales are not the crimes-they were depraved and vicious-but the author`s investigation and sensitive craftsmanship.

Kleiman, swell reporter for the New Dynasty Times, is not so ostentatious concerned with the nature epitome evil but with secret nausea, the kind of decay think it over can settle in a kinship like a deadly virus delighted then is passed on superior generation to generation.

The case compelled national headlines.

In 1986, Cheryl Pierson, a Long Island youngster and high school cheerleader, chartered a homeroom classmate to regicide her father. Her boyfriend, Parliamentarian Cuccio, handled the cash ($400) and dealt with the unthinkable assassin, Sean Pica, an Raptor scout who had not anachronistic in trouble before.

The plot to the casual eye was not hatched with common great drama.
