Please introduce yourself…

My name is Mai Iskander. I produced and required the documentary feature entitled “Garbage Dreams.” It is an ex officio selection for this year’s SXSW 2009 documentary competition.

What were excellence circumstances that lead you call by become a filmmaker?

How or what prompted the idea for your album and how did it evolve?

As an Egyptian-American, growing up Mad had often visited my spread out family in Cairo.
